You can view your sales receipt either through the confirmation email sent to you or on my-account section on website
How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
Currently, Play Circuit does not offer a dedicated gift receipt option at checkout. However, if you'd like to send a product as a gift without including the price, you can mention this in the Order Notes section during checkout. We'll make sure to exclude any pricing details in the package. If you need further customization, feel free to contact us after placing your order.
How long do I have to return an order?
At Play Circuit, we follow an exchange-only policy under specific conditions:
All products are thoroughly inspected before delivery.
If there’s an internal defect, you may request an exchange within 5 days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds, but if the item is incompatible with your device, you may request store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The original box and all included materials must be returned.
You must provide a clear video showing the issue.

Payment Information
How is the recipient reimbursed?
If a recipient needs to be reimbursed for a return or refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. For security reasons, we can’t issue refunds to a different person or account. If the item was a gift, we recommend the original buyer contact us directly for any return or refund processing.
Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
Yes, all refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during checkout. Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued within a few business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?
Yes — you can place an order from anywhere in the world, but we currently only ship within Nepal. So as long as the delivery address is in Nepal, you’re welcome to make a purchase regardless of your location.

Yes, we do restock items marked as 'Out of Stock'—typically within 1 to 2 weeks. We recommend adding it to wishlist for better updates.
